Specialized Aero Works (SAW) in Bend, Oregon, is now an approved provider for veteran’s education benefits for Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT), tailwheel, and spin endorsements.
SAW is owned and operated by Mike “Cuckoo” Kloch, a retired Marine Corps F/A-18 pilot and the 2026 National Flight Instructor of the Year.
