Paragon Aviation Group Hosts 20th Education Expo

By Ben Sclair · October 2, 2026 · Leave a Comment

Paragon Aviation Group will present the 20th Aviation Education & Career Expo on Nov. 6, 2026, at Rider Jet Center in Hagerstown, Maryland, offering more than $180,000 in scholarships.

The event is expected to host more than 1,300 students and 65 participating organizations, according to company officials. Scholarship applications close on Friday, Oct. 9.

The expo connects students directly with professionals from universities, airlines, business aviation, military, and law enforcement. Attendees can explore career paths, discuss internships, experience flight simulators, and view aircraft displays, according to event organizers. Scheduled demonstrations include the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Demonstration Team and the Washington County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit.

“Aviation’s future depends on the opportunities we create for young people today,” said President and CEO of Paragon Aviation Group Crystal Kubeczka. “This expo brings employers, educators, and aviation professionals together to turn interest into a path forward.”

The event features several guest speakers, including Rider Jet Center owner Ben Rider, former scholarship recipient Brinnay Nickola, and aviation entrepreneur Jamail Larkins.
