King Schools offer free course on aircraft marshalling

“After a long flight, many general aviation pilots have found themselves in front of a marshaller, realizing they were either unfamiliar with, or very rusty on, marshalling signals,” said Martha King. “We developed this course to help fill that gap in aviation training.”

National Flight Simulator at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire will host its first ever Aviation Weekend. Attendees will get a chance to fly simulators, as well as take free rides in one of the flight school’s airplanes.

Free recurrent training courses for drone pilots online

Drone pilots who have Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification can now take their required training courses for free online at the FAA Safety Team website. The training ensures that pilots have the knowledge necessary to operate in accordance with the Operations Over People rule when it becomes effective on April 21, 2021.
