Rafael Cortes, a frequent contributor of photos to our site, just sent in these, explaining: “Puerto Rico is beautiful all around, but from the air all that beauty is multiplied.” Rafael took these photos while he was flying a Piper Sport from Isla Grande Airport to Culebra Island.
