Airpark amenities survey online

By Ben Sclair · March 11, 2023 ·

Joshua Wyatt lives in Minnesota. He’s a pilot and aircraft owner “with a long-time interest in airparks.”

While he doesn’t currently live on an airpark, he is curious to know from fellow aspiring airpark residents what amenities and aspects would move someone to take the next step to ownership — which features are a must-have versus nice-to-have.

I took the survey and it is simple, straightforward, clever, and does not ask for any personal information.

“This is not a commercial project for me,” says Joshua. “I will share the results with anyone in the aviation world who might be interested.”

When considering an airpark, of course talk with the local home owners and how well they get along with management. Find out who is the “bitcher” or “outlaw”. Talk with them and compare notes.
