Live coverage of Rocky Mountain Airshow set

By Ben Sclair · June 7, 2013 ·

PFLUGERVILLE, TX – The Rocky Mountain Airshow has tapped LiveAirShowTV for live coverage of the August 16-18 airshow. Multi-camera coverage will be fed to a large LED screen on the flight line as well as broadcast live over the Internet. “We have watched this show grow over the last few years and have wanted to work with their team”, said Jeff Lee, LiveAirShowTV President. “This will be a great way to wind down the summer before school gets going again.”

The Rocky Mountain Airshow features not only aerial performances, but also everything from Hot Air Balloons and to Rockets.

Air show performers including Matt Younkin, Trojan Phlyers Demo Team, Bob Carlton, Greg Shelton with wing walker Ashley Battles, the world’s only flying B-29 FIFI and much more will appear at this year’s show.

Jim Cimiluca, Rocky Mountain Airshow Chairman stated, “We are excited to be the First, and Only, civilian airshow authorized by the FAA to have a high power sport rocket launch or UAV demonstrations, and we’ll have them both this year!” Air show fans will get to see live video from not only the UAV, but the rocket as well as it streaks skyward.
