NationAir adds to sales team

By Janice Wood · January 10, 2012 ·

NationAir Aviation Insurance had added Robert Nadr to its team of aviation insurance professionals as a sales executive. Nadr will handle the company’s general aviation insurance sales in Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky and will be based in NationAir’s headquarters in suburban Chicago.

“Rob has flown a wide range of the aircraft for which we provide brokerage services,” President Jeffrey Bauer said. “His time as an entrepreneur and his experience with information technology and customer service also help him truly understand the concerns of NationAir’s clients and serve as their advocate.”

A licensed pilot with commercial multi-engine ratings, Nadr served as first officer for Billings, Mont.-based Merlin Airways, a Part 135 cargo company operating in the Caribbean. He later owned and operated Nadr POS, which provided information technology product sales and support. Nadr holds a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
