Do you lease your plane to a third party?

By Ben Sclair · July 18, 2010 ·

Do you lease your aircraft to a third party in return for income generated through rentals? If so, a one hour webinar entitled Dealing with the IRS Passive Loss Limitations might be of interest. The webinar will be presented on Thursday, July 22 at 2 PM EDT. Tax implications exist for those who purchase an airplane and do nothing more than give control of their aircraft to a Part 135 operator or a flight school. The webinar is eligible for one hour of CPE or CLE credit and costs $99. The webinar is hosted by Wolcott & Associates. For more information, call (954) 763-9363.
