Airplane Things Inc. debuts new Av-Sun Titanium Sunglasses

By General Aviation News Staff · December 16, 2005 ·

Airplanes Things Inc.’s new Av-Sun Titanium Sunglasses have frames that are lightweight, durable, flexible and nearly indestructible. The earpieces flex against your temple for a quieter and more comfortable fit while wearing a headset. The ophthalmic quality CR39 lenses have the clarity of glass lenses without the weight, are distortion free, scratch and impact resistant. They use the same gray tint designed for U.S. military fighter pilots. The tint fades on the bottom of the lenses so you will have a brighter, sharper view inside the cockpit for reading maps and instruments. The lenses provide UV protection and are not polarized. Pilots should not wear polarized glasses.

Pilots who need reading glasses can order the new AV-SUN Titanium Sunglasses with reading bifocals.

For a short promotional time, the sunglasses with a case will sell for $89.95. Bifocals are $99.95. Shipping and handling is included within the USA.

The AV-Suns are very good quality and are the best sunglasses for pilots.
