Anywhere Map adds airport directory

By General Aviation News Staff · February 25, 2005 ·

Control Vision Corp., makers of the Anywhere Map, Anywhere WX, and Pocket Plates suite of portable multi-function display systems, has added a new airport directory service. New in version 1.7 of Anywhere Map, the directory includes extensive airport data, facilities information, attractions, FBOs, services, ground transportation and lodging information for thousands of airports in the U.S. The data are available both online and by simply tapping on an airport in Anywhere Map software.

For an optional $29 a year, pilots can upload fuel price information to their Pocket PC before they go flying. The fuel price database is actively updated, so prices are current.

All of this information is available on the company’s new website, 100LL.com.
