Wilson Air Center adds Charlotte location

By General Aviation News Staff · February 11, 2005 ·

MEMPHIS — Wilson Air Center is set to open a second location at Charlotte/Douglas International Airport (CLT). Wilson Air will operate from the former Signature location on the field.

In an agreement between Charlotte/Douglas International Airport and Wilson Air Center, the airport retains ownership of the facilities, but Wilson Air Center will run the day-to-day operations and be responsible for short and long term management strategies.

The 35-acre Charlotte facility features more than 25 acres of ramp space and more than 30,000 square feet of terminal and office space.

There also is more than 230,000 square feet of private, shade and T-Hangar facilities available for aircraft parking and storage.
