Aircraft Engine Services to open distribution center at Space Coast Regional

By General Aviation News Staff · February 11, 2005 ·

TITUSVILLE, Fla. — Aircraft Engine Services, Inc. has inked a deal to open a new distribution center for piston aircraft engines at Space Coast Regional Airport (TIX).

“We needed a distribution site with a port,” said Luc de Gaspe Beaubien, Aircraft Engine Services director of sales, marketing, and service.

“Another important advantage offered by the Space Coast is ideal weather conditions for flight testing.”

The distribution site is expected to create 25 new jobs in the area. Aircraft Engine Services Inc. provides marketing and after-sales product support for the new Bombardier V220 and V300T aircraft engines being developed by BRP-Rotax.
