Banyan Air Services Inc., at Florida’s Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
Banyan began in 1979 in a small hangar as a maintenance facility serving local charter companies that operated a few piston aircraft. In 1985 Banyan teamed up with Holland Builders, a hangar developer, which bec
ame the property side of the equation while Banyan grew its aviation services.
