Mather Aviation opens VNY facility

Mather Aviation opened a new facility at Van Nuys Airport (VNY) in Southern California June 1.
The facility is Mather Aviation’s first location in Southern California and brings the total number of locations to four.
Mather Aviation has just leased 15,000 square feet of hangar space at the Keck-Aerolease Center. The facility will be capable of servicing aircraft from single engine piston to medium corporate jets. It also will offer mobile Aircraft On Ground (AOG) service to the greater Los Angeles area with its mobile maintenance truck.
Based outside of Sacramento at Mather Airport (MHR), Mather Aviation has more than 70 employees. It also has locations at Hayward Airport (HWD) and McClellan Airport (MCC).
