Avidyne offers lower-cost Entegra R9

Avidyne released a lower-cost FMS400 flight management system, as well as additional Entegra Release 9 system configurations that provide three price points so pilots can tailor the system to their needs.

The FMS400, known as the Entegra R9 Silver, is priced at $39,500. Also available is the $59,000 gold version, which includes WAAS; or the platinum version, which includes dual ADAHRS and WAAS, for $72,800. The lower-cost systems can be upgraded to the platinum system.
